Nashville NC - Inmate and chapel clerk Jim Ross helps to arrange the prison chapel for church sessions and prayer services. Most of the chapel service materials and recreational gear at Nash Correctional Institute is paid for by inmates volunteering their earnings at approximately 70 cents an hour. Nash Correctional Institution chaplain Greg Gregory, who leads congregations and provides religious counceling, may soon be out of a job as a prison chaplain because of state budget cuts with the N.C. Department of Correction.
