Bill Ellis Barbecue Restaurant employee Michael Lee grabs a half-hog from the pork cooler for a retail customer pick-up during the start of a busy weekend. A dozen half-hogs were cold delivered by truck on a Friday afternoon to Bill Ellis Barbecue Restaurant. The restaurant, also a pork and chicken retailer and wholesaler, usually sells out of the ready to roast pork for barbecue cook-outs during seasonal holidays. Bill Ellis Barbecue Restaurant is located at the corner of Downing Street and Forest Hills Road.
